SFTP File Transfer
Quadax will leverage your already existing SFTP environment by providing your system with the appropriate login credentials and setting it up to place files in the designated folder.
File processing on the Quadax end is driven by the file name prefix, meaning the prefix you use when naming the files will determine how they are handled. For example, specific prefixes may be associated with different data types or workflows. While the prefix is essential, the rest of the file name is flexible: Quadax recommends including a unique identifier such as a timestamp to avoid overwriting files (e.g., prefix_20250603_0830.json).
Quadax utilizes the existing SFTP setup but does not manage the credentials or server configuration directly.
Integration Use Case:
By utilizing a SFTP File Transfer, Durable Medical Equipment (DME) providers can leverage the Quadax ecosystem for a unified Revenue Cycle Management solution, including:
Patient Access
Eligibility Verification
Claims Management (Including Prior Auth and Medical Necessity)
Reimbursement Management
Denials & Appeals Management
Patient & Client Engagement

Real-Time Integration Via Secure Endpoint
If your system supports real-time communication, Quadax will provision a secure HTTPS endpoint to send interface messages via HTTP POST. This endpoint would be dedicated to your organization and secured using SSL/TLS with a certificate issued by a trusted authority.
To establish a secure connection, your team would also need to generate an SSL key pair. The payload (typically in JSON format) would be included in the body of the POST request. For added security, Quadax verifies all senders, and would require the public certificate from our client’s key pair to complete the setup.
Quadax will manage this integration process and can assist with any technical questions or configuration details as needed.

Case Management Webhook
A universal mechanism to provide feedback to a defined end point for client or partner system. Triggered when a Case hits specified actions within specified milestones. These milestones are not linear; different milestones can be triggered at different points of the revenue cycle and multiple could be triggered at the same time. The webhook message will also note the current state of the milestone and appropriate data related to the process and milestone.
Initial Webhook events include (2025 - Q3)
Patient &/or Case Created &/or Updated
RegQA Task Created, Task Completed and RegQA Complete
Eligibility Task Created, Task Completed and Eligibility Completed
Upcoming Events / Milestones (2025-Q4)
Prior Authorization (Assessment, Submission, Status)

Single Sign On (SSO)
SSO is an authentication scheme that allows a user to long in with a single ID to any of several related, yet independent, software systems. With Federated SSO, providers can use their own Identity Provider (IdP) to seamlessly access Quadax services without the need of manually authenticating, or signing in, to Quadax using credentials.
SSO requires configuration on both Quadax and the client side
A dedicated Quadax technical resource will support the implementation
Quadax supports the SSO Protocols: SAML 2.0 and OpenID Connect (OIDC)
